Realistically they're not gonna get Osimhen. Silva and Leao are both higher on the list for PSG. They're desperate to land Silva but also have been looking at Leao for a possible plan B incase Silva doesn't work. If Leao doesn't work either they might consider getting Osimhen next season. Silva has got a 50 million Euro release clause and still is only 29. He's definitely got atleast 2 years of great performances left in him. He'll probably be good well into his 30s but if PSG don't need him anymore they could just sell him to Qatar for like 50 million and get back their money for FFP. Leao has a release clause of 175 million which is only about 40 million more than Osimhen's release clause. He's a year younger than Osimhen, more technical, Faster, more creative and as you mentioned in the video PSG already have two world class strikers.
