For the studios we pull a parking permit for a section of red zone for parking it sometimes does involve a person ( city worker) there if your at a crosswalk or stop sign blocking visibility but I can see you guys pulling a permit for 5 parking spots in a red zone might be cheaper then tickets plus they will leave you alone if you pull a permit for parking 🤷🏻‍♂️not sure if it cost affective for this job tho 😮

19:00 I cou;dn't agree more. Working atmosphere is so important. I try so hard to make it fun and jolly, but every time something goes wrong (I build LEGO exhibitions), I notice I become too serious, edgy and short fused. I really dislike this thrait of mine, as some kind of panic sets in, that I will not finish the job as it should be - and EVERY single time some issues appear :) And every single time, we manage to setup great event :) I should learn not to get so stressed about it, but I still always do :) Bringing music and fun makes it go easier

we had a building in our downtown area where a gas line wasnt properly located, in the middle of -20 below freezing late winter, and a worker hit the gas line and the fire was so intense and difficult to put out, first because they couldnt find a shut off close enough, then the hoses were icing up, and the time it took just to get trucks in nearly the whole thing had already burned up each of the floors. the courts just last month had finally gotten the city to pay the business on the ground floor.

Plumbers in Cali are lazy, here in Central texas we do all the Saw cutting, breaking and digging, after the plumbing has passed we backfill. And its not dirt, you get less than a 1' down and you hit bedrock
