That’s Discovery media for ya…I noticed it too, lol. A 3208 CAT would drop right in where that 534 went though, that’s actually what the original V8 Caterpillar that would become the 3208 was designed for, a diesel alternative for late 60’s Ford class 7&8 trucks.

A Canadian Company in the 1980s produced what I believe were called Supper Buses that were configured like those RVs. The tried to sell them to Disney but they went out of business.

Not mentioned: The first one built (on left when watching) utilizes the same C series truck cab at the front of the trailer. The other one has a custom front end. You have to freeze frame to catch a good picture.
