Adam is in Las Vegas to visit the NASCAR Cafe in an attempt to beat the Big Badass Burrito Challenge; a 6-pound burrito filled with lettuce, rice, beans, cheese, jalapeños, slow-cooked pulled beef and nacho cheese sauce! All wrapped in four 16 inch tortillas, drizzled with more beef sauce, cheese, tomatoes, black olives, scallions and finally topped off with generous scoops of sour cream and guacamole.
