I don’t have a clue why but they decided original nero wasn’t cool (but he’s super cool) so they didn’t make his. For both Ex Color costumes you must make it in time to defeat the Hell Judecca during the credits fight scene with Nero in mission 20. For V I believe it’s on Devil Hunter mode and for Vergil it’s on Son of Sparda. I hope this helps!
