As times change, we all hope for improvements in our city, especially in areas that affect public health and well-being. However, the unhygienic state of New Market, Dimapur, is a growing concern. The overwhelming smell from animal waste (chicken, mutton, fish, dry fish) makes it difficult for shoppers to move around the market peacefully. I kindly suggest team dimapur & DMC together to consider relocating all shops that produce such waste to one corner of the market. This would not only help contain the toxic smells but also create a cleaner, more pleasant shopping environment for everyone. I Strongly believe this little idea will make a BIG difference for all of Us in future.

Appreciated good job. Regarding Car 🚗 parking charges of ₹20 per hour it's unbelievable. First and foremost build the parking place like Shillong, Guwahati etc etc... After that only you people may charge more. Otherwise parking on the road side and charging such amount is big shame and unbelievable too. Therefore, better think twice and do the needful accordingly 👍

Parking charge is mandatory for all, we need to consider others too, of course, proper Parking is yet to come up, police too should be watchful for breaking the rules. A big thanks to all and congrats for bringing changes

Good initiative. Shopkeepers are the biggest culprits when it comes to the sorry state of hygiene and sanitation in Dimapur. They just dump anything and everything on the streets.
