Hi Ralph. Does DMCI offer any totally bare units (no tiles, fixtures or anything) at cheaper prices so that the prospective owner can start from scratch with the interior design? Thanks!

Hi Sir Federico, good day! DMCI only delivers standard finishes like paint finish, tiles, kitchen cabinets. 😀

follow up question lang po dito. since may standard provision ng finishes, pwede po ba siyang hindi ipa-install? or parang i-turnover yung materyales na hindi naka-kabit? for the same reason din po to save costs if ipapa-renovate yung unit. tia :)

Thanks for sharing this Sir. Would you know at least a benchmark cost of how much it'd take to have a 2 BR unit interior designed? Asking as I am looking at buying DMCI Homes condos. The amenities are great and all but I also would like to have the unit designed so I can have it rented out at a good price. Thanks!

Hello good day! Thanks for watching! Normally it will take minimum of 500k. Around 800k-1M complete na po and maganda na din po yin design. It will depend din po sa mga finishes na ilalagay, normally much expensive yun mga modular cabinets system vs sa normal cabinets
