@@dmcihomespropertiesbyralph7670 Yes, I know. Except siguro sa size?? And the latest additional yung lalagyan ng washing machine, wala yan sa ibang condo ng DMCI.. At yung layout ng 3 bedrooms minsan may pagkakaiba rin po. . The only consistent po “yata” ay yung 2 veranda for 3 bedrooms. Sir, official and acknowledged real estate po kayo ng DMCI di po ba? Yung tanong ko po about Redwoods Condominium, puwede nyo po ba akong matulungan? I am planning to buy a condo. First choice ko pa rin ang DMCI. Second Ayala Land . On the process, of gathering information…. inquiries from different real estate broker and from videos like yours. Sana matulungan nyo po ako. Salamat po~~~^^

@@dmcihomespropertiesbyralph7670 Ano po ang latest price ng 2 BR at 3 BR ? Magkano rin po ang price ng carpark kung sakaling bibili in Redwoods? Bagong tanong po, may alam mo pa ba kayong credited agent or certified owner ng unit/units sa Redwoods Condominium na nagpaparenta for short term rent (2~3 weeks) ? Kung hindi namn Redwoods…. ay ibang condo ng DMCI na walking distance sa “mga” malls ? Ipagpaumanhin nyo po Sir. The first reason na nagustuhan ko ang Redwoods ( really has an eye for it) ay dahil walking distance sa 3 malls kaagad. Ang SMFairview, Robinson ất Ayala Terraces, walking distance din sa big hospital and short distance (by walk or car) ang SNR. I originally live in Novaliches, that’s why I am familiar to that area. I told you my second choice was Ayala Land, particularly, the Vertis North kse nga ang daming malls na nakapaligid na lahat walking distance lang. The reason why I like Redwoods is because, the community is small, the buildings are up to 5th flr. and last, it is nearby to my parent’s house which is in Novaliches. And the reason why I chose DMCI Condo as my number one is -- napaka-airy. Yung flow ng hangin… harap at likod. Na pagbukas ng front door mo, hindi hallway, hindi mga doors…. Security safety na rin na alam mong Walang hihila sayong bigla in one of those doors na nasa hallway. Claustrophobic ang may hallway. Tapos parang hotel pa. I don’t want to stay in a “hotel-like” environment. Gusto ko ma-feel na nakatira ako sa isang “bahay” ….. parang apartment style lang ang peg, pero high class ang dating at secured ka. Ang haba na po ng comment ko Sir , pasensya po. And mind you, I wouldn’t do this if I am not interested to buy and rent particularly on DMCI condominium. Sana po matulungan nyo po ako sa aking mga katanungan.~~~^^. Salamat po sa time and energy na naibahagi nyo to answer my comment ~~~^^.
