Pinoy Joyride - Bagabag to Banaue (Nueva Vizcaya to Ifugao Province) Joyride

This was the start of my Northern Luzon Highlands / Ifugao Mountain Province drive. My journey started from Bagabag to Banaue. It was one anticipated drive since doing a warm up drive at Santa Fe Dalton Pass on a misty foggy morning. It was my first time to pass via this route as usually i go to the right going to Isabela. The roads are good on most parts but there are some roads and bridges that are under construction. Must be safe to say we are entering the back door of Banaue. The weather was fantastic! You can open the window and savor the fresh scent of nature. Upon reaching Cordillera Administrative Region, you can feel the difference of city driving and mountain driving.
As of documentation:
Road Condition -Good roads but there are some portions under construction or rehabilitation
Drive thrill - Relax driving.
Security - Populated area, there are towns nearby each other and gasoline stations.
Rating: 4/5 :-)
FInally 5/5 must drive roads complete!

That starex van in front of you is pretty quick. Very high amount of concentration and quick reflexes are necessary for that kind of driving style.

this was our going down route from Sagada, it seems like its a longer route back to manila than going back through baguio, although the buko pie in nueva vizcaya was awesome that i forgot about the laguna buko pie.

Great job sir, as always! If I may, I'd like to add a road to your list, I read na maganda din daw yung Ilocos Norte - Apayao Road. Probably you can try it out in the future :)

+Raph Cocson was that the route passing paracelis? do you have googlemap route for that? i saw one video taken last december though passing apayao but there were portions seem challenging though and for off road.

+dmitrivalencia I think the Paracelis route is different, the Ilocos Norte - Apayao Road starts at the town of Solsona, Ilocos Norte going up through the cordillera mountains and passing through the town of Calanasan, Apayao heading to Kabugao. I think the Ilocos Norte portion of the road is already fully paved, not too sure though about the Apayao section. inter-provincial road are well maintained Nueva Vizcaya.. except maharlika hiway AH26 , because of heavy trucks going to isabela - manila....

Bakit LCS(Lagawe Central Shool) lang bkt wala yung DES(Dunuan Elementary School) LCS( Lamut Central School) at yung IFSU(Ifugai States University😢. Pero ok lang basta naipakita ang Payawan at Lagawe....hehehe.....tanx sa pag upload ng video na to.
