I remember Browne one of the most feared dirty power puncher of LHW he fought Beterbeiv and head butted artur a huge cut in the head of Beterbiev but Browne pay the price he was knockout and suffered a broken ribs.

A lot of these Russian and Ukrainian fighters are very humble and that's probably why they're so good, because they just focus on what they have to do instead of bragging and getting caught up in the hype.

Nah, it's just a different culture. They're good, but their system isn't good for promoting talents because unless you are tip top there's no money.

The winner is top 5 p4p, maybe higher and a very meaningful bout. I am going with Beterbiev as he's one of my favorite fighters. Usually I should back the younger, fresher fighter with better technicals in Bivol but I think Beterbiev applies enough pressure with clubbing shots on the top of the head and behind the ears to maybe stop Bivol late. Artur's chin and conditioning best be in great condition because Bivol is a master of range, sharper and far more explosive with the combinations. Beterbiev can be hurt, maybe stopped at this stage of his career but I think that Artur still can pull it off even with the injuries.

Clubbing shots and flat hands to the back of the head is cheating bro. It will depend on the ref. He beat Joe Smith jr. early with those tactics. Hope it will be a clean fight.

@@aachoocrony5754 He literally hits the temple, which disrupts their equilibrium. Sometimes the fighters turn their head as he's punching the temple, thats their fault not his. It's not up to him to stop mid punch its up to them to dodge or go with the punch rather than turn the back of their head.

@@aachoocrony5754 Maybe, but the ref doesn't warn him so he continues and rightfully so. The punching technique is awkward and people hurt their hands badly throwing like that but Beterbiev has fully conditioned his body to throw those shots effectively..

Amazing boxer, hes just been inway too many wars to withstand the pressure and pludgeoning power of Artur. This one will look like a "boxing clinic" by Bivol up until the later rounds when Arturs power shows through!! Similar to Canelo vs Plant! If Dimitri can summon some of what Rayo did vs Pitbull he might have a shot!! Although its Hard to smother Artur due to the fact tha hes so ruff and sharp on the inside, we shall C!!!!

Arturs power is quite overrated and gimmicky. He slaps his punches around the back of the head. He does too much weight training slowing him down. If he stayed off the weight natural, and learnt range better and more rigid technique he would be a much harder puncher. The back of the head punches are a great knockout spot. You can break a neck and kill someone with this punch, but it is illegal. Idk how he gets away with it. Only 40% of his 20 opponents have been truly ko'ed out on their feet. His success relies on his pressure and wearing you down

He's knocked out every man he's ever fought as a professional and, prior to this fight, he has pretty much cleaned out the entire division at 175. Bivol has fought a couple of decent contenders. Beterbiev has taken on all challengers and crushed them. Not to mention the dozens of videos of people who have sparred with him and seem to have acquired a new outlook as a consequence. No disrespect but a person on youtube with a moniker that is suggestive of knowledge of training, criticising a world renowned amateur boxer of 300 or so fights, who has gone on to knock out every single opponent he has ever fought as a professional, suggesting that he is somehow deficient - that does not speak of knowledge. I have no doubt that you are knowledgeable, but you sound absolutely ridiculous. As I said, no disrespect but if you read this from somebody else I'd imagine you'd react in exactly the same way.

@@garethharrison5797 you wrote a lot. You do realize that there are many boxers and professionals who have different opinions. What do you cal Roy Jones jr for example? As for opponents, check out Zurdo. He's the cruiserweight wba belt holder. He's bigger, taller, longer arms, and Bivol neutralized him handily. He was 44-0 before that. Now he's 46-1.

My point was that people who make disparaging comments about professional athletes, suggesting that they are somehow more knowledgeable, despite, presumably, not being a world famous master in their chosen field, sound silly. Maybe my point wasnt clearly expressed. I was replying to the coaching guy.

@@Lavvonaffair It has happened 12 years ago, Bivol was 21 and Beterbiev 27, plus Beterbiev was a natural cruiser. I'd preferred this time a rehidtatation clause at 185 top, not over. Otherwise we will have on the ring Bivol at 183 lbs, and Beterbiev at 195 ...

Bivol private situation is not good at the moment. Recently got divorced. I think he will lose.

Bivol was not a real champion he was elevated from interim belt to regular champion. Bivols last 2 opponent against low quality opponents could not even knockout lyndon artur. It took him 6 round to finished off unknown untested zinad= SHAME

Beterbiev is also a very good boxer with 300 plus amateur fights. A former Olympian, he defeated Kovalev and Usyk in the amateurs. Gvozdyk is far better than Bivol. The Ukrainian is a complete fighter with power. Prime Gvozdyk is a beast, but Beterbiev destroyed him in 10 rounds.
