Their Slippery When Wet tour in 1987 was the very first concert I attended as a teenager! I loved every minute of it.. I still have my tour t shirt all these years later.

I was 15-16 when Bon Jovi were kings. Don't underestimate what gods there were on the radio and on MTV. Perhaps only Magic Johnson could walk into a strip club and get more strippers than them. But, no matter how talented they were, they were still a "pop" band.
