I changed my wifi name and password now I can't view on my phone. I tried connecting back but it says already connected. So I deleted the app and re downloaded. When I scan the SN and select DVR/XVR it's says failure to connect. 1. Device not initialized or 2. network not configured. How do I get set back up?

Did you get an answer to your question? I also need to know how to change the password as I don't trust the guy that installed it and now I'm guessing he can get into my cameras any time he feels like it right? Because he knows the password 😏🤔 ?
