hey good video bro i have downloaded the app NEXT can you record a video of how to set a different alarm ringing tone different from the default one. I have both dahua cctv and dahua alarm hub all from dahua company and both configered in the same app.God bless

Hi! I can't download to my phone, because the scissors icon is grey. Maybe it works from cloud download only? (I'm an sd card user.) Do you know something about this? Thanks for your help. Best regards!

My isn’t all blue and I cannot playback all the time for example I have to footage from 12:30 but then it takes me back to the begging in 12:31

That's a lot of footage and it won't work. You have to do smaller clips. Unless your on the dvr or nvr with a mouse. Plug in a USB thumb drive and download it.

Why the HELL doesn't this worst UX app ever, just let you take the clips it already recorded and send them? It takes like 15 minutes to get it to go to the time you want-- speeds forwards and backwards with the slightest touch. Total garbage.
