**Ps: the market prices listed are based off when I toured in June/July 2021! They fluctuate based on the season.

Are the rates usually lower during the summer time? Really nice video btw. Very informative! ❤️

Yes! Definitely research rent trends on your area but that is pretty consistent.

I love watching apartment and house tours and I absolutely love the one you selected. The DMV is one of my favorite areas and at one point I was considering moving there. Who knows what the future holds 💜

Thanks for taking me along this apartment search. I love what I see.. beautiful especially #3. I usually go for space like bedroom sizes & all not thinking of water pressure & all. Thanks for this tip

The second to last bathroom tub😍😍😍

Checking the water pressure was a really good tip! I wouldn’t have thought to check that out. I like the apartment that you ended up going with. Also didn’t realize how much help these types of videos are, even if you aren’t looking for an apartment in the same area

How fun to check out all those apartments. I love to see what type of layouts there are and the design. Bedroom and kitchen sizes are important to me!

You are so right about checking water pressure! My parents moved into a very nice apartment, but are dealing with terrible water pressure-comes out in drips 😬

I’m getting flashbacks to visiting that second to last apartment. The monthly parking fee had my wife and I floored! Especially after we were told they were the cheapest in the area
@LifeWithKarisha3 жыл бұрын
One of the apartments did have a storage setup. I don’t like when the kitchen is in the living room. I’m loving the kitchens on most of these. I’ve never tried a stackable washer bad dryer.

I love #3 also - I'm always everything hardwood floors - Even Though I moved from the DMV area - I loved how much you shared with these luxury apartments - it gives it a new vision for me.

You saw a lot of different lovely apartments. But I'm impressed with all of the things you looked at and considered. I would have never thought about that tree being right outside of my bedroom window that I could see. I wouldn't have noticed that and then I would've been annoyed after renting the place lol.

Wow these are nice apartments. I loved the 3rd one. Can’t wait for the house tour

In apartment one, I like the layout and agree with you on the countertop in the bathroom should not be around the toilet and the handle on the microwave would bother me and colors to me didn’t go well.Looking for an apartment is very hard to find when you like want something and you can’t find everything you are wanting in one place. Colors, layout, amenities, updated, security, location. Apartment 6 is my favorite one.

Thank for post this because I really been thinking off moving out of NY and moving to Maryland. I was undecided if I should go with a house or do an apartment . Apartment 5 and 6 are my favorite. O didn't care to much for the others as much. Either the layouts was weird, and the cabinet colors. You made a good choice. Can't wait for the apartment tour.

Okay apartment 3 is definitely my style the finishing the flooring and the design with the sliding doors 🚪 👌 😎 Apt 4 has a big bathroom but the kitchen was a bit off for me. Well I think I need to change my mind the last apartment 😅 Beautiful

Wow, it's a small world after all, I just happen to be originally from the DMV myself. In my opinion, DMV areas cost of living is astronomical compared to where I live now. Home hunting is tiresome but fun.

You provided some really good tips. I love this video so much, more people should do this for sure. It would have helped me tremendously. I wish in the city y’all got more bang for your buck. It’s not fair with how small and high priced they are, anyway I love open space from the kitchen and living room. Spacious bedroom and walk in closets.
@AdrianaDosSantos3 жыл бұрын
I agree! It sucks. I can’t imagine what actually living in DC would be like. Way smaller for much more. I lucked out the building i moved into was brand new and I locked in a low rate but still wish it was 100 a month 😂
