I'm from south jersey and live in Baltimore, I use to live I'm Baltimore In my younger days so I was familiar with it before moving back. It's definitely a different pace then south jersey, It's ok but try another state.

Good Morning, thank you for this video. I love Maryland and hope to be moving there in the future, because my Sister lives there now. I prefer a quiet location, luxurious hotel looking apartments away from the city. Definitely an area that I will keep in mind, thank you.

Section 8 voucher for a Bethesda luxury apartment? Is that a thing? The cheap units start at 2k a month and it goes up to 6k.

Yes, most apartments do accept vouchers. When i asked my property management, their answer was, "we dont discriminate & accept vouchers even in luxury apartments." To them, its still money 💰 in their pockets.
