Do u need a controller if u only want to use the led lights in sound control mode & if connected to each other with DMX cable will they all be synchronized?

why start at #17 on the software and not channel 1?? why does the second light connected get only 3 channels and the 1st light gets 7?

For the demonstration in the video, the first light (ADJ) started at channel 1. It's a 7 channel light so the next available channel is 8 and that's where I set the second light (Chauvet) to start which is a 6 channel light.

do not use an xlr cable on dmx ...its not the correct way!!!!!!!mic cables are for mics!!!a dmx cable carries information and always use a terminator at the end of your light chain!!!! bk 2
