Man say...THIS song came out literally almost a year to the day after my Mom passed away. I can't even explained the type of future awaited me before that happened. After her...I really "slipped." Fuck that, a nigga "fell!" I not only lost her, my father almost died of a heart attack a few months...lost over 100 scholarships for ball due to quitting school, fucking house burned down a few weeks after that. I pretty much lost everything! It was a few days after the one year mark of my mom passing and my Uncle had just bought this CD...riding around with him...when I heard this song...THIS song broke me. This will always and forever be my favorite song by X. I turned out pretty well and still got do my thing in college and even after. I'll always say...THIS song got me through some ver bad days. VERY bad. It still gets me out of those bad days almost 25 years later. I hope this song continues to help others out. This life ain't easy...hell, we saw that with X.
