I remember hearing this song in the summer of 1988 when I went to South Korea with my now-wife. It started playing in supermarket we were in and she began singing along in the isles. That was when I knew I loved her; this song has always been our anthem. We played it at our wedding in ‘95. Then in ‘99 when we heard the band will breaking up after Jungkook’s return from the military, it made us so sad. We thought they would be making new music, but it turns out they just needed a break. Legends will always be legends. My heart goes out to these seven and Namjoon’s wife.
