Accord 04 ex. The DRL lights were the first click option of the headlights for me.

Hey man, I don’t know if you remember me, but you asked for me to let you know what I thought about the 4-2-1 header. I installed it recently and I really like it. It gives so much more top end. Just make sure you extend the o2 sensor wire and install every gasket including the small donut gasket. Also, I recommend installing a better flex pipe. Also, love the new headlights. I want to pick up these soon

Bruh you were right to get the non smoked pair, just got mine for my 04 accord sedan and I already know they're gunna look fire on the whip. MY question is! .... when installing the LED bar via wire, do you lose high beam functionality? if so, does the LED bar act as a high beam in some sort of way? Lemme know whats up!

I’m glad you asked man. If you want them to work the same as mine did. You need to wire them to the daytime running lights witch is the first click on the knob before the headlights come on. This way you can turn them on with the headlights coming on. The high beams get left alone. Do t wire anything to them. You almost never use them so any extra lights running through there will be useless.

@@RonsRides7601 the drl is the high beam at half the power the lights u hooked them up to are your parking lights/blinker. I thought the same thing but the drls are always on If u look at the front of the car with the headlights and parking lights off your high beams will be on but dim cuz they get half power until u turn your high beams on and if u look it up it says the same thing

Yes the clear coat started to peel off. I also read that the led bars start to go after a while. I didn’t have that problem though.

Chrome. The smoked part is the turn signals. It’s just the lens for that. Not the housing lense

Loosen all the bolts holding the headlight on, don’t take them all the way out. The ones on the top you can loosen and tighten to aim up and down. When you are happy with it tighten the sides first and then just get the bottom ones snug. Not too tight on the bottom or it will drag the headlight back down.

Has your led lights stop working when your turn then headlights on for the turn signal? I brought the same pair of headlights from ebay. I did the same wiring as you but 3weeks later my left led light went out then 2 weeks after that my right one when out. Also my left headlight faded. Im going to we polish them and put clear coat on it for better UV resistant so they don’t damage and last for a long time. Just curious to see if your led lights still work.

Why was there a gap when you out in the headlights? Was it because you didn't put them in all the way properly? Or is it just because that's how it's positioned once you put them in which is with a gap? The lights look awesome but it would make me not want to get them because of a gap. wire them to the turn signal wiring. make sure you wire them to the right wire. i wired mine to the blinker wire, there are three. i got mine to flash like a turn signal, it looks dope. but thats what i wanted lol

How do you get your parking lights to come on when you unlock it. The only way i can do that is by leaving the parking light on and when I get out of the car they turn off after 10 seconds. I just worry that one day my battery will be dead when I come out to my car.

I have these exact same headlights in my 2004 accord and the problem is that they come with a very cheap clear coat. In about 2 years it will start peeling off. You need to wet sand and remove old cheap clear coat to apply a better one. Afterwards you need to remove the orange peel. Its a long process

I seen mixed reviews on the led bar holding up. For me personally they lasted until this car was totaled in a an accident about 2 years. I never had a problem with them. When my headlight housing was smashed to peices and hanging on the road from getting hit, the led bar was the only light still working lol. They did me just fine.

When I got the car I told myself I'm not going to buy a thing for it but after seeing your video I figured what the heck, my old ones were so scratched up it was ridiculous. Iv got some old 19x11 R and 19x10 F on it from my 350z when I got new rims for it, and with headlights and rims it makes the accord look way better. I live in Canada and it's my winter car but if a strut goes I may get some of those cheap raceland coilovers instead of replacing the strut.

Hey the reviews for these headlights aren't good. I suspect the lens might fade quickly. You should think about hitting them with a good clear coat, 3 coats. What you think? Also what are you going to do with the headlights you had on? I'll take them off your hands if possible 😁

That cool I got the same headlight as you and I try to follow like you did but my is a little different. I got 3 wire like your but is black, brown and red and black instead of red and blue. After I put it together the turn signal light blink really fast. Oh by the way I got 2006 Honda Accord v6. I just figured out and it work. I flit the wire 😂 but it work. It was easy to put bc u already show a half way . Keep up with the good work.
