Would she carry the sample by herself to the lab? Would she conduct the test herself? Would she be present during the conduct of the test? Is she a lab scientist specializing in DNA test? Would she do the analysis and write the result? So if she is claiming that she must be present to witness the taking of the sample, how does that give her the guaranty since there are several points in the process where the sample or the result could be manipulated. Remember it was the man that brought the case to court and not the woman or her son. The man knew the court would request a DNA test. And it is not as if the man knew or had contact with the lab before bringing the case. Do you think the man would have filed the case if he was lying? And do you feel this DNA Lab would want to soil their integrity before this court and the public to carry out such manipulation, knowing fully well that those concerned could carry out a confirmatory test with another lab? Or would the man be bribing every lab? What I would advise is that the boy (man), if he has any doubt should arrange for another DNA test through another lab of his choice since the man said he is ready anytime. This is to close the chapter in his mind that this man is not his biological father so he could move ahead to search for him through other means.
