Your lectures are very helpful and thank you so much for the effort, my only wish is that if you can please give the lessons by a voice over and showing only the board, because than we will be able to follow what you are saying with what you are writing or wrote before starting the lecture, hope I was able to explain my self correctly :)

at 10.20, by mistake you said RNA polymerase instead of DNA polymerase. Correct me if I am wrong.

I was actually slightly confused. These ribose sugars have hydroxyl groups on them so this should be an RNA strand, not a DNA strand, correct?
