Thanks for your videos, my studies of biochem, molecular biotech in my undergrad time became more comfortable with understanding more clearly about the materials of biotech in a simpler way. if PCR reproduce many copies identical copies then it is confusing when you use different colours for the last two fragments of DNA during amplification
