Leading strand and lagging strand arrows are in the wrong direction. Leading strand build TOWARDS to replication fork, so as the helicase keeps unwinding, the strand keeps building. Lagging strand builds AWAY from the replication fork.

I love your videos! Thank you for making informative animations that keep things simple enough for introductory students to understand. I have found an error in your replication video. The leading strand works into the replication fork which is why it is the leading strand as it builds as it unzips. The lagging strand works away from the fork and has to polymerize in sections. This is a big error and I would LOVE it if this could be fixed. I see I am not the first comment. Again, thank you for your work!
