It would be very educating to pull the "central dogma" together with viruses and targets for antiviral drugs!

Speaking of DNA, only 1.5% of our entire genome are coding genes which makes for about 30000 genes in total. Despite Methionine being the first amino acid to be translated, eventually it gets cleaved by methionine aminopeptidase as a part of post translational modification. Great details mentioned Medicosis 👍

20542 genes, which makes for 300k+ proteins due to alternative splicing. This stuff is great

@@moistschmeckles400 also another fascinating fact is, 30% of translated protein are misfolded and, thus, they are readily degraded by proteasome complex

what is the structure of tRNA, is it from left to right(5-3) or right to left(5-3) cuz your video shows both structures in one slide 9:35
@@MedicosisPerfectionalis does it talk about the structure of virus

sorry but your slides are way too colorful, i don't understand one thing. i had hoped you would go more into the biochemistry of it, like how a NTP binds to its complementary pair and gets broken down into a NMP + PPi (which is where the polymerisation gets its energy from)
