Yes. This message arrived just at the perfect time. It is so nice to receive confirmation that I am not alone, nor am I crazy. I have experienced and am experiencing about 40 to 50% (maybe more) of these transformational developments. I have stopped talking about them b/c they are often difficult to put into words, yet here we are and they have been put into words for me during this forum. For this and for the multitude of other blessings experienced during this magical lifetime, I am eternally grateful. The biggest difficulty is the contrast between the timelines. Glad I didn’t have many headaches. I did have ears ringing and tingly sensations often. Tiredness really hit me and sleep deprivation at times. I drink tons of water and do a lot of meditation, nature walks, prayer, vegan diet helps. Self-care and isolation equally important. Thanks again!
