Damn, that's good advice. I find myself doing this "jump up" kind of style and I may not notice it at the time , but there is definitely some flailing going on; its not an entirely smooth style at all...and DnB can smooth. I saw a guy dance like how you described; with flowing moves and a little moonwalk with his steps. I even complimented him his style . The prodigy video is a great reference. I think it's time for me to level up from flailing. Thnx dude!

I've been listening to dnb since 98 and I don't see much people doing dnb step at parties. In Atlanta, you'll mostly see a break dance inspired top-rocking/footwork style. I would rather see more people dancing like this or whatever to dnb than to dubstep.

they do that with their hands to maintain balance and keep their knees high when changing which foot goes infront and which in the back,about the hair,the guy on the beginning has a short hair...+some of their hand movements are gay(i repeat SOME) but try dancing yourself and film it to see how you would look like :D
