Around the time this episode came out there was a viral clip from SNL that had Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell in it and it was called Lazy Sunday. Michael and Dwight are trying to recreate that video, more or less. Just for fun look up the original Lazy Sunday. It’s really funny.

13:46 - In case you weren't aware SNL came out with a skit in the 90's called "Night at the Roxbury" with Will Ferrell, and Chris Kattan. Basically it was just two guys shaking their heads to "What is Love" at a club called the Roxbury, although they did the head shaking everywhere(that was the joke) It was also made into a movie

Michael had accidentally smoked marijuana, so he made Dwight give him clean pee for the drug test. Dwight, as a volunteer sheriff’s deputy, felt disgusted with himself over this so Michael ‘promoted’ him to placate him

The actress who plays Karen is the daughter of Quincy Jones. When Mike meets her he says she is "exotic looking.....Was your father a GI"? As a retired soldier who was stationed overseas for more than 18 years (16 in Asia) I love that line. I was waiting to see your reaction to that GI remark...BUT you guys cut it..ugh!!!!

Someday I hope your channel decides to watch through Angie Tribeca. It's a cop comedy made to be like Airplane or Naked Gun and was produced by Steve Carrell and his wife Nancy, it's one of my top all time comedies and they go for gags every 6 seconds, you gotta respect the effort. It's just a really good homage to that kind of comedy and very interesting that Karen Fillapelli and Michael Scott reconnect after the office lol.

How is this a 'gender swapped version' of Twilight? That would be if she'd just swapped the names and pronouns of each character. They are COMPLETELY opposite characters! That's just telling the same storyline using different characters! Every shark movie isn't a 'version' of Jaws!
