Right now it is showing i have internet access for ipv4 before it didnt but i still cant use the internet even though it says its connected please help?

Thank you so much for your help. I got the internet connection successfully thanks to your help. FYI, ipconfig /release was omitted after ipconfig /register in your explanation. However, it was typed in the video. ❤️🌸
