Aiyyo Swagg, I totally understand how you're feeling right now. Almost exactly one and a half years ago, I got robbed at gunpoint by 2 dudes, one had what looked like a MAC-11 and the other had some sort of pistol. They kicked the door down and made us all get on the ground and empty our pockets, lost my phone, car keys, and my wallet. I was sure I was gonna die as they pistol whipped my friend. It took me a long time to stop looking over my shoulder at every single corner I turn when I'm alone, and even in public places I'd feel paranoid and afraid. But I'm finally healing. We're almost certain that this girl that my boy was messing around with set us up. Not trying to say it's the same in your situation but it happens more often than I ever knew. My advice to you is to channel that pain and fear and paranoia into something positive, like how you mentioned you started going to the gym more. That's amazing. That will fuel you into making some positive changes to your life, and you'll heal faster as well. But most importantly, understand that what you're feeling is normal. It's normal to feel a little apprehensive and scared. But don't let it control you. Apologize for the long message, but I really felt that I could relate and maybe if this reaches you, it'll resonate with you at least a little and maybe provide some comfort. As always, love your videos and I respect your grind. Keep your head up buddy.
