90's got lot of genres of music. Thanks to MTV it spread to Asia I remember county music videos and if I remember they were played at night Wednesday and my dad's tapes and CD's bought from US when he was a Sea ferrer at that time.

I' am African American Woman from the hood, but in the 90's I was all about Country, Hip Hop, and Broadway music. That's right in my 20's I had a love for Garth Brooks, Wu Tang Clan, and Stepen Sondheim.

Oh my gosh, this one was maddening! They didnt know why Shania's video looked like it did, they thought GARTH BROOKS (entertainer of the year winner forever) needed stage presence, they didnt know George Strait....?! I'm German and whenever I hear the words Country music and 90s I think of Cotton Eye Joe by Rednex, because when I saw that music video as a kid I unironically thought, that this is, what an american party looks like (and yes, I now know, that the band is from Sweden). This was the commercial golden age of country music. You could argue all you want about whether the 90s was the best era but that ain’t my place. what I can say is that, without a shadow of a doubt this was the best SELLING era of country music
