If they allow you to sit for the exam ,then it is obvious people or aspirant raise a question for allowing to sit despite of being late. Reaching examination center on time is necessary. It's an ethical part of the rule of exam. However, if such strict policy was applied on APPSCCE exams without scam or paper leakage then it would have been good. But the future of APPSCE seems bleak. Last chance , that means you might have had the experience of sitting in competitive examinations and you must be well aware that why we should always come in advance, atleast 30 minutes before closure of gate during competitive examination. ( Reason..so much rush, parking problems, checkings etc during C- examination) Hope no one start demanding appsc to give job to all aspirants on humanitarian ground, ST ground and maintain flexible time untill all questions are completed by aspirants.

Really on the day of such important exam? He is not serious about the exam, everyone knows the traffic problem in itanagar area still he chose to wake up at 8?🤣 And have the audacity to say that they should be allowed and he said he reached 1 min before, yeah if that really was the case then he should challenge it, and them saying that we're ST so time flexibility should be given is the most absurd thing.
