I’ve also found 1 set of core as a warmup and rotating between different qualities works well for me 💎

Because I perform plenty of full body workouts, will only perform a 5-10 minute intense dumbbell core specific workout twice a week

Interesting-Vid!! There seems to be a prevailing thought of using 'stability' movements for Core instead of hypertrophy, and people are trying to avoid bending the Spine and instead resist that force.. I personally agree that Core training (too a very high degree) does completely ruin rotational forces.. I had a key Technical fault in Sprinting because I over-worked my core actually.. And I was too stiff and 'too stable' where I was limiting basically all of my rotation because my core was TOO stable (even when I didn't tense-up)..

My favourite core workouts are repeated broad jumps, hurdle hops sprinting and jumping. Pretty specific as well

Martial arts would be a legitimate reason I guess.

Great stuff. What are your thoughts with using tools like heavy clubs in relation to anti-rotation? Could they be an evolution of how we train rotation/anti-rotation or are they too niche?
