I made the mistake of doing this before performing my leg press exercise and I got on the leg press and tried to push and the weights didn’t move… I dropped the weight by 10 lbs and still no movement… I had to drop it by 10 lbs about 6 times before I was able to push the weights lol… definitely pre exhausted my quads … so I will be performing this exercise at the end of my workout from now on 😂

Trust your subconscious more than your analytical mind Focus on fluidity and timing, not constant corrections Don't overthink-let your natural flow take over Use external focus to stay out of your head during performance

Forget cold after the workout and forget cold later in the day. The best time to engage in cold therapy is first thing in the morning. How is that not mentioned? 🤯 Big fan of hot and cold therapy, hard to deny the benefits of either when done properly! 🤙🏼

Questions: 1) does age of the athlete matter for healing? 2) I ruptured my patellar tendon (trauma) and had it repaired. Now 5 years later I have tendonopathy pain at the enthesis. Is it possible there is a osteopenia component to enthesis “tendonosis”? Thanks

Hi Paul, I was thinking of getting the Vert Code Elite but wanted to know how much equipment it requires. Does it only require a basic gym or does it require the special bands and boards etc
@yeesenchaiКүн бұрын
It requires basic gym equipment, bands, med ball and a big space suitable for jumping like flat grass, etc. But the most important thing to have is the will to stay consistent for the whole year program even when you get discouraged by lack of fast result.

Smoking and running is no bueno...these days 22 is a kid, Durant plays like shit and he wonders why...heart disease, lung cancer, emphysema, psychoactive drugs on the brain also lead to memory loss...35 year smoking bong hits everyday, I'm speaking on experience.

Great take on the heel strike debate. Only using forefoot strikes while hooping puts too much stress on the metatarsal
