At 3:35 he contradicts himself. Having the 501(c)(3) is what got that church into trouble in the first place and he knows that. Yeah he lied anyways and said that it helped them I have a feeling this channel is deceiving people on purpose on behalf of the IRS but, I’m just a small time pastor and don’t know everything, but I am going with the unction I feel in my gut

Filing / contracting / yoking with the IRS is having them as your master,and ceadong to be a church to morph into a corporation led by a CEO,not a pastor no matter what they sayTheure now Judas pastors who for $$ & perks will/ have turned in Gods flock to the slaughter

Church has employees has real estate or pays rent collects money has accountants lawyers It's a business that should be maintained by deacons Or out sourced to management corp. Business is not some evil activity.... Just like money is not evil. We live in the world. Why do you go to work ? That's a business

He said: "in Branch Ministries vs. Rossotti" ... he tells the story of how this church applied for and received a 501c3 exemption, later it was found guilty of "intervening in a political campaign" and "it's tax exempt status was revoked" then he goes on to say "having 501c3 status protected this church not hindered it's religious liberties." Ummm, no - their freedom of speech got them in trouble because a 501c3 organization has conditions that prevent speaking out or participating in political matters or tax exempt status can be revoked. That's what he said happened to the church. So either this is terrible video editing or worse because it's contradictory and misleading.
