Well, this was slightly disappointing. I was expecting to hear these men saying they dated women from Italy, USA, Spain, France, South America, etc. They only ventured into Finland, Norway and Sweden? Small world, but maybe they didn't travel so much. Who knows. I would think Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian are all similar cultures? Not a broad extension of dating "foreign girls". Oh well.

I am German and have been to Denmark twice now. It is definitely the Danes being super kind, caring, and relaxed. The men were so respectful and handsome. I am 173 cm so taller than the average women and finally I felt at home as the women in Denmark are taller and the man too!! They are not only kind but also good looking people. Its a small country but so worth it to visit. Give it a chance if you can.

i have a 32 year old son and his friends are very polite i am a straight forward person and it's funny to see they have a bit of a hard time with it i think it's because they were brought up to be sensitive and observant his with people's feelings. just like the 70 generation, but fortunately Danes are good at irony, which is used to soften a situation, something that many other countries think is negative talk

A foreigner for Danes could be from Spain, Italy, Serbia, Russia, any asian country, Africa or South America.. anything else is the same as them. Germans, Swedish, Norwegians, Dutches, Finnish and Swisses are introverts, some kind of strict people without expressing their feelings and they have a very similar mindset so they can easily be together. A real challenge for a Dane would be to date a Korean girl, not his neighbor..
