I started experiencing oppression at about age 9, a year after I was molested. I thought it was ghosts but I was terrified at bedtime and was terrified of the dark and had serious sleep troubles. When I was about 11 I saw the movie The Exorcist which sent me into utter terror because I believed that possession was a real thing. That was confusing to me as I was raised in an agnostic/ atheist household. The demonic activity increased in my teen years, especially after I started playing with the Ouija board, tarot cards. I’ve had objects thrown at me, been hit in the back while lying in bed, had my doorknob rattled very violently one night, felt electric shocks through my body, seen shadow beings, etc. I was nearly possessed one night after I had been seeing “ghosts” in my room at night…. I felt an intense evil presence in my room and felt something trying to bore into me through my temple over and over and I had to fight it off. I tried to kill myself that night by taking a hundred or more Tylenol, Motrin and then drinking a glass of bleach. The bleach made me vomit everything up, saving my life. I recently became a Christian at age 52 but for the approximately 6 months before that I had chronic terrifying dreams of demons several times per week, including so-called sleep paralysis which I now understand is demonic. Edit: since I accepted Christ as my lord and savior I went from having usually about 3 demonic dreams a week to just two in the last 6 months. Thank you Jesus for never giving up on me, for saving my life and my soul!

You should find a priest who does deliverance prayers. It sounds as though there are still some demonic residual affects. Get to a Catholic church asap.

Keep holy water abd blessed salt in your house all the time. Sprinkle water on your bed, around the house in and out, while praying the creed or praising the Lord. I have suffered things like yours myself. I started to use holy water, salt and also blessed olive oil for cooking. I pray the rosary in Latin with Pope Benedict XVI. DEMONS HATE LATIN, cause God chose that language to worship Him... also, you can protect yourself from demonic attacjs wearing the holy Scapular of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The priest blesses it and impose it on you just the first time. You should wear it around your neck all the time. When it wears out you don't throw it away. You can bury it or burn it. What I do, I place the old n broken ones, on my doors and windows, it also protects us against storms, lightning, etc.. blessings

Would you let a man dressed as a priest babysit your children alone? But you dont need evidence to believe a priest about demons? Our species is especially violent and loud, fresh from the trees in evolutionary terms, there is no reason to believe in superstitions like devils, easter bunnies, gods, tooth fairies, etc. Why would people get more possessed during a pandemic? Or is it more likely possession is a barbaric and uneducated way to describe mental illness?

Anecdotal: about 1997 I had lost my mother the year before. Became a massage therapist. Started to learn reiki,,, was still going to mass. Etc. Didn’t realize I was dabbling in the occult. So then, since I had a traumatizing childhood and had read about how shamans could travel for you and get pieces of your traumatized soul back,,,,, I made an appointment w local shaman lady. But on the way there,,, I decided to pray a rosary. So I arrive there. We lay down w all the feathers etc,,, and she’s going to travel for me;;; a minute or two later , she sits up and says,,” I can’t travel for you. This has only happened one other time,,, but when they came back then I did,,, so why don’t you come back in a couple days,, and we can do it.” I left, and I knew that the rosary had prevented it. I never went back. How many other things changed? After some years thinking reiki was good I finally realized that it isn’t. The Bible says, call no man master. When you are receiving reiki attunment , a reiki “master” does like a secret energy transfer on you with your eyes closed. I disavowed my reiki and ripped up my certificates. A great little booklet a young man who was studying to be a priest gave me, I will suggest, too,,, it’s called Spiritual Warfare Prayers. It has a black cover and saint Micheal the archangel on it. Powerful prayers. The enemy is a liar who came to kill and destroy, but Jesus Christ came so that we can be healed and be blessed in every way. Pass your blessing on. 🙏🏻✝️

I also have the book. In today's world, every weapon available is good to have on hand. I have come to love the prayers and litanies within the book. It also explains the ways that enemy bothers God's people, and we are all God's people, the fact that we are so beloved by God irritates the evil spirits. His pride is his greatest weakness, I believe. In my journey I am learning that seeking humility in trying to follow Jesus, and desiring to be obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ is my gift from Him and I am so grateful that He shows me that I have every right to be humble!😊 I need Him daily to help me grow in my faith. Books like my Manual for Spiritual Warfare, And my favorite, the Rosary have helped me so much and I hope you benefit as much. God bless you.

I got an uncle and my mother's cousin that have become reiki practitioners. I have been praying for them lately. No idea whether the prayers have been effective because I have not spoken to them, but I will keep on praying for Our Lord Jesus Christ to deliver them.

Centuries later, certain people who thought they were superior to the Church's teachings decided to create their own so-called Christian denominations... namely, THEY walked away from TRUE and original Christianity. A friend of mine is the head exorcist in my area of the Greek Orthodox church (due to his psychological background and experience). He said he does not like doing it at all as it really takes a toll on you. He's seen so many super natural things and there are 'after effects' to deal with after the exorcism.

I don't know if demons fear dogs but once I was alone in my home-I was in my garage- my three boxer dogs were with me at that point then suddenly I felt like a presence in the area-at the moment I felt it I was sitting checking my phone and my dogs immediately came to sit in front of me like if they were protecting me and the three of them barked at the same time just once-but it wasn't like when dogs bark normally,it was just like one 'woof' and after that I stopped feeling that presence.

This is a very profound interview, and probably the best interview that I've seen involving Fr Lampert. The interviewer asked very good, and somewhat unexpected questions and Fr Lampert responded very directly and in a extremely straightforward manner. The take away for me, and maybe others, is that the Catholic faith is very mystical- it is truly where humans interface with the supernatural. WIth the exception of the Orthodox faith, another apostolic tradition, we are unique in this regard. Thank you, Fr Lampert, and British interviewer, well done.

Did you know that the Koran tells how one time Mohammad was furious because ‘Gabriel’ was late to meet him. He then turned to find a stray dog in his house and told Aisha to get the dog out. Once they removed the dog from the house ‘Gabriel’ finally visited Mohammad. When Mohammad asked angrily why ‘Gabriel’ was late ‘Gabriel’ said it was because he couldn’t enter when there was a dog… Have you also heard of the dog who helped on the raid for IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The guy fled into underground tunnels so the American soldiers sent the dog down. The dog followed to keep tabs on him. It allowed US forces to close in on Baghdadi, leading him to explode the vest he was wearing, killing himself and three children he had with him. Make of that what you will.

Can you both tell me more about dogs and what you know? I had some supernatural experiences and ppl would talk to me in riddles incl my partner and his parents, part of one riddle was that I had a dog and wouldn’t take heed from my husband and then would scream for help under attack and we would both die as a result. I was not married nor owned a dog, then we were choosing granit for window sills in building a home and I wanted black and my partner asked me to tell him the name I decided to go with and I said “st Gabriel of Africa Black” as fronteiras the internet that is the name of the colour granite., he said “goood” like I was partaking in some destiny thing so then I texted him saying actually I chg my mind and undecided. Which upset him and he said he wouldn’t tollerate me much longer. I’ve always wondered on the link, where demons possessing him and his family and I have a spiritual dog protecting me or perhaps an ancestor or Angel they were wanting me to cast out or whether infact it was angels and blessings from God I rejected. this is the first I’ve heard of a connection that could help me figure out what happened to me

Even Mhmd was terrified and driven to the point of suicide by Jibril. lt was his wife and Uncle that told him it was Jibril. it had not named itself. This entity squeezed him to the point of suffocation and tormented him, demanded that he "read", over and over again, knowing that Mhmd was illiterate and couldnt! He claimed that the Djinn were good and bad and that some even prayed to Allah, this sounds like grade A demonic deception, creatures made of fire demanding worship of a pagan God, and at one point Allah's daughters too. Yes whenever that puppy was under his bed Jibril didn't enter, even when Mhmd wore his wife's nightdress, which usually pleased Jibril. There's a lot I don't necessarily agree with in that doctrine but to be fair it also says to not be called teacher for there is one master Matt 22:8. I've never been to a church which upheld that one. In all honesty, find a local priest and talk to them about the catholic doctrine. Vincent corrected a lot of myths that many of us believe about them. They didn't seem to far away from us after my convo with him.

You would say someone was self possessed when they always show self control State, versus, behaviour in the moment. (on the other hand, "He is possessed" implies possessed by another, always referring to demonic possession)

The Bible got its authority from the Catholic Church and the Church got it from Jesus. Where in the Bible does it say that all matters of faith are in the Bible? It doesn't. St. Paul in the Bible says that the Church is the pillar and foundation of the truth. We honor Mary because God honored her by choosing her to be the Mother of God, Jesus Christ. Prayers to Saints are described in the book of Revelations. Prayer to Saints began in the 1st Century at the very beginning of the Church, again the Church which is the pillar and foundation of the truth and which Jesus gave the authority of binding and loosing on Earth as in Heaven. In Acts, St. Stephen called the Jewish leaders fathers, and St. Paul called the Jerusalem Jews fathers. In 1 Cor, St. Paul told his followers that he became their father in faith. Jesus didn't literally prohibit anyone from calling other men fathers, but reminded us God the Father in Heaven always comes first. God Bless you.

I'm being attacked really bad. So far they have totally disabled me. I was able to start going to a protestant homeless church every weekend for a while and I felt the evil loosen it's grip but it's preventing me from entering the Catholic Church. I was in RCIA when the world illness hit. I'm hit through harassment during the day and even have wicked activity happening at night. Swirling wind around me in bed one time, real wind that feels like something is trying to possess me. I do deliverance prayers every morning. Had the 3 o'clock triple knock. I'm so shy to contact priests. I'm surrounded by blessed holy objects, rosaries, et cetera. Please pray for me so that I can enter the Church and for Adoration to become readily available. Having trouble finding a church to try again at that really is open in full. I'm very strong in my faith but I expose the enemy.

I love fr. Ripperger, but when it comes to conveying information, fr. Lampert does a fantastic job. Fr. Lampert, occasionally funny, but the organizes information, either during a lecture or during an interview, in a way that is easy to follow, concise, and thorough. Even though you don't see much of his personality, or maybe this is his personality, and his delivery is somewhat monotone, but NEVER, EVER is it boring! It was a great interview, I am only about half way through, he said that the number of people contacting him have almost doubled, I would love to know if the number of actual exorcisms have doubled, too. Also, God bless fr. Lampert for doing interviews with small channels. Great interview!! New to the channel, subscribed! Have my eye on several videos!

The funniness tends to annoy me. It takes away from the subject and seems wrong or inappropriate. I prefer the highly educated, dignified most fascinating Malachi Martin. Art Bell has a series of interviews on KZbin with him. Although absolutely Lampert does valuable work and if his videos help people then that’s great. He’s just not my favorite.

I also Agree with your statement, I'm noticing things myself. Some sycoligists are talking about this too, (good ones) in that theirs more to so called mental illnesses. About ten years ago a convict who was only just released from prison killed two old men near me, beat them to death in their own home with a shovel, it was absolutely horrendous,😣😭, in court he said he was hearing voices, and had not been taking his meds. he did this demonic act because the voice inside his head told him too. it makes perfect sense to me.

We have all grown up with the cartoons, and Halloween costumes, old ghost stories ect, but when you find out certain things are in fact a reality, well it's frightening to say the least. Those poor men I mentioned suffered an awful end, they were tortured with boiling water before they died also, it's just too upsetting to type on here all the details but I believe this man was actually possessed, no human being is capable of such saddistic violence unaided.

People are often disturbed at the thought of a possessed person, but we often forget demons are floating around our homes, workplace and other places whispering in our ears every day, most of their work is subtle and persuassive, it is extremely rare they will do a jump-scare on you. I experienced a single attack almost 2 years ago. I had gone to Sicily to take a language course so I rented a flat for 3 mos. The owner was very nice and really ok but he had an African mask hanging over the stairs to the loft bedroom. I immediately took it down and put it in a drawer. Well, I guess Mr. Demon didn't like that so when I woke up the first night to use the bathroom downstairs, I was fully alert and awake BUT, a few steps before the bottom, something happened. I don't remember but I found myself hitting the dining table which was 3 meters across the room and sliding to the floor. I came within a millimeter or two of losing my eye and the corner of the table made a small but deep cut. I had a lovely black eye for almost a month. I really have no way to explain how I crossed the room with such force except to say that I had been made momentarily unconscious and literally thrown. I "woke up" at the moment of impact hearing the table scraping across the floor to crash into the wall. I couldn't get rid of the mask but I knew from experience in the Evangelical church to anoint the house and even the drawer where it was, with olive oil and invoke the name of Jesus. There was a day bed down stairs so I slept there for the rest of my stay. I was not troubled after that but I never felt comfortable being upstairs for more than a few minutes to get dressed. I always suspected this was a demonic attack linked to that mask but even to my believing mind it seemed outlandish. Now I am fully convinced. One reason I was sceptical was because it was a singular event. Even tho that object was still in the house, I was untroubled. I guess that goes to show the power of anointing in Jesus name. I do this regularly, especially if I move into a new home.

Wow! What a harrowing experience! I once heard a priest telling a story where a lady brought some kind of an artefact home from a vacation in Mexico. Shortly afterwards suddenly she tried to commit suicide. It came completely out of the blue because she always had been a happy person. Her friend saved her and asked her for the reason but apart from feeling horrible she could give none. Luckilythe friend contacted the priest who came and talked to the lady. After having heard that she had been to Mexico he asked if she had brought something with her. She fetched the artefact and the priest immediately felt the evil connected to it. He prayed for her and told her to destroy the thing. She did and nearly immediately felt normal again and never again tried to end her life. So some objects really can be dangerous as it seems.

Accept ALL people whether they believe they have demons and they don't, it's easy to discern the difference! Constantly praying in community and participating in the sacraments. I had a situation that makes me want to get opinions. I was coming back to the faith after years of being away. I was a good person, but not practicing religion. After a few months of getting back into, I made myself go to confession (I have social anxiety). I get it done, leave nothing out, the priest blesses me, and I go home. At home I developed a high fever and a red rash all over my torso. It lasted through the next day, and by the time I got to a doctor the fever was gone, but the rash was still visible. They found no explanation.

If we can rule out any natural causes, all that's left is spiritual, then what you experienced isn't too uncommon. That isn't a sign of possession in the formal sense, but in a spiritual sense. That demon is retaliating because he's suffered the major loss of you soul due to your conversion. God allows this as for many reasons. 1) to remind you what's in store if you go back to where you were. 2) to rub it in the demon's face that he's lost you. I and other people I know have experienced strange phenomenon when we converted/reverted. The important thing tho is not to dwell on that too much. For all I know, mine was just a natural moment of anxiety or something. In dwelling on it too much, you'll end up consuming your time thinking about the devil rather than God! Just be humble and gracious. And pray. Always pray. 💙🙂

Well it could be many things. Coincidence, spiritual opposition, a stress reaction, an allergy. I'd suggest you pray that the situation be brought under God's authority and talk it over with a priest. If you increase your spiritual activity then you will experience an increase in spiritual opposition. You would be wise to discuss with a priest ways of protecting yourself from evil and growing in the faith. Cultivate your prayer life. Be regular in your religious practices. Remember God is mighty to save.
