I started my Etsy shop 5 days ago. I am spending $1 a day for ads but after this video I feel that may be a bad idea. I am finding your videos very informative and helpful. Thanks so much!

New-ish store (my second)…I only have run ads on products that have organic sales, which is only 1-2 items. They helped some, but the jury is still out! I definitely don’t spend much money on Etsy ads.

Hey man great content once again, thank you for your effort. One question: whats your opinion about using text on the main photo of the listing? something that describes the product but also compliments the picture ? For example: Nice professional font in the negative space of the photo and a thin border on the outline of the picture, complimentary colors on text and border. Would this help the listing get more clicks or damage its visibility or doesn't really matter ? thank you

I did Etsy ads nick since Dec 3,2023 only one or two sales with ads for a dollar since I saw your video I pause the ads for now

Two questions: 1: I've just reached my 100th sale. Never done any ads. Can I advertise the best sellers yet? 2: Since I started my shop, I've never opted in on any Etsy advertising, though Etsy periodically advertises some of my products. Same with Etsy marketing and SEO the last week, every day they advertise one listing on Google. Different listings though. I don't advertise on any social media either.

Why etsy ads always focus on one listing? For example i had 200 listings etsy ads of course focus only on one listing when i turn off this listing then etsy ads choose another one listing and then focus on another listing and its always like this, i dont belive that one listing is good and another ones is not good and its why etsy ads focus only on one because i made test and if i turn off advertising for top listing then etsy ads take another one listing and then promote...why? Why it cant promote few listing on the same level? Wtf...

Forcing products in front of customers is only good for gathering data about what customers are actually searching in Etsy.
