Interestingly enough we can infer from a sidequest in Xenoblade X where a Nopon fakes a pregnancy using a stuffed Nopon in order to trick the guy she’s been cheating on her husband with into staying with her that Nopon give live birth! I think about it almost every waking moment of my life.

Finally someone talks about it I mean Riki and all of the other Nopon aren’t stupid, they know the scientific classification of a bird (and thus whether or not they should call Melia “Bird Lady”)

The idea of Melia having a cloaca will now haunt me to the end of my days. I hope you're happy. That said, for an April's fool joke, this is remarkably well done, with no obvious trolling and correct science.

How else can all the soldiers of Keves come from the queen? Of course Melia is a cloaca clencher and she’s working that thing overtime.

Good video. Just one question: How do feathers account into this? From my limited research, a defining feature of birds is that they are the only ones who have feathers. Some birds have fine feathers that look like hair/fur, but no mammal has feathers. There could be an argument for the feathers not actually being feathers, but Future Connected explicitly tells that they are feathers.

Maybe they have usual genetics like if they reproduce with Holms they have Babies but with other High Entia they have eggs and remember this is Xenoblade they can break the laws of nature just look at Pyra Mythra and Nia at the end of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 in a picture they literally have Babies which Blades should not reproduced. You can agree that when the Conduit blew up it made them more human like but their still blades sure they may not be as half a strong as they where but they still have to have some of their blade Powers. Well I guess Nia is still as powerful as she is in 2 so maybe Pyra and Mythra could just as strong as they where originally so I don't know really.

Wait I'm combing back on this video because now that I think about it.... Titans born from Blades DO give birth to blade by laying eggs. So do blades lay eggs then? Why did you make me think of this?
@Fioriole Жыл бұрын
As a Monster Hunter fan, this question no longer fazes me. Wyverians are more reptilian than High Entia are avian, so I feel like High Entia are at an innate disadvantage if the MH community came to the conclusion that Wyverians do NOT lay eggs. However, High Entia are directly related to Telethia, which, essentially being the Bionis's white blood cells, can be assumed to reproduce asexually. This is the easiest explanation for how the Telethia that Shulk and Alvis fight were birthed. Reproduction is probably a good way to diffuse that excess Ether after Melia blasted it during her first encounter. Second, High Entia are able to cross-breed with Homs, which have no bird-like qualities or relation to Tirkins or Ignas, and so are extremely likely to be mammalian. If anything, I think High Entia laying eggs is less probable than the alternatives.

I can't take the Tyrea flying scene seriously. It's like the quest developer really wanted it to happen so snuck it into the game but really the wings of the Entia are functionally useless and just a status symbol.
