LADY LISTEN UP Anxiety is not being nervous its a lot worse i am experiencing it right now! It makes you shiver and shake, it fills up your mind with negative thoughts, it makes you feel like your dying, it gives you a panic attack, it gives you heart attack, and this could happen to the little kids

It seems she knows it better than you, from your text it seems like you misunderstood what she said and you think you have anxiety because of that one experience, I of course can't tell if you have anxiety like that but it just sounds like from this one comment you have had one experience with anxiety but that doesn't mean you have anxiety as in the disorder. That's called nervousness not anxiety. anxiety is way worse then what people think it is! It makes u feel like u are going to die and it's hard to breathe your heart start to beat like crazy it feels like u are going to die or have a heart attack, your whole body start to shiver u will feel dizzy negative thoughts will start to build up and it's next to impossible to control them it's the worst feeling in the world!!

In my case it's different,even when my phone rings my heart beats too fast,can't take oxygen properly,feel very weak,sweating and my anger goes up and i become too agressive like a dog, thoughts of beating up the person who ever touches me comes into my mind, anxiety is too much worse than you think mam🙂

There is a huge, massive, MAJOR difference between being nervous or anxious, and having an anxiety disorder. As someone with anxiety, I quite frankly find this insulting. An anxiety disorder, for me, is something that paralyzes me. I have wave after wave of horrible anxiety wash over me. I can't breathe right, my heart is pounding, I feel unsafe and like every little shadow is going to jump out and attack me. It will happen randomly throughout the day, often at night, and after I have a bad social interaction. I feel it before doing anything that will make me the center of attention, and I can't stand being in the middle of a crowd because everyone feels too close and I can't breathe right and my heart beats too fast and I get overwhelmed. Anxiety is a horrible, awful thing, and it should NEVER be talked about in a way that compares it to regular nervousness and anxiety.

As somebody with anxiety, I can say that the anxious feeling and actually having anxiety are too different things. Yes, everybody feel anxious from time to time, but actually having anxiety limits the things you do in your daily life.

Everything is fading this is the day Feeling like I'm dying There are weird sensations Running all over me Oh it's too heavy and gloomy Damn my heartbeat is getting faster I'm going to faint Somebody help me oh I can't breathe anymore My soul is coming out Everything is blurry in front I'm loosing my mind I'm so scared 24/7 I wonder why? I couldn't figure it out Lot of thoughts running through My mind,what if? On and off and so on Do i deserve this ? yes ! I convinced that It's freaking me out, a thing Called Devine Rath Just making it worst I just want to be normal I don't know how That extreme heat on my head Feels like going to explode I can't take it damn Went to health care centre Made everything is ok I'm ok ! guess what? It's temporary, i freaz Nothing feels right in a second On and off and so on Waking up in the middle of the night Damn that's insane For a moment i thought, I'm death I wonder why I can't sleep, something is wrong Feeling crazy Trying to be normal day passes On and off and so on Nothing changes doing anything and Everything I wonder what is normal Tears falls like waterfall everyday I wonder why I'm so dizzy AFS Nothing seems to be ok I'm not warrior but I'm fighting Keep fighting! Then I pray take it off from me At the end That's the only thing I can do At least for now .. On and off and so on ~DK B

LISTEN UP Anxiety is a DISORDER and nervousness is a FEELING it's when you wake up outta no where feeling like you just woke up from a night mare heart pounding it's when you can't focus because ur out of reality and into the "negative zone" it's when u suddenly feel threatened and scared of the smallest thoughts and they suddenly breakthrough and messes u up

@@Bazam19 honey i took sessions and classes for it there is a REASON why anxiety should be taken seriously because if it is general stress it subsides but when it is anxiety it worsens if not treated cuz anxiety is kinda like a default best put into words . As someone who actually has diagnosed anxiety it really makes my skin crawl when i see some of yall going "everyone has it it's normal ppl just overdo it" in general stress you don't get sudden zone outs for no reason and don't have anxiety attacks for no reason. So therefore stress is good but anxiety makes stress worse it's not the same

Anxiety is worse then nervousness. you get a heart attack, you get a panic attack, you start to shiver, your heart starts to pound like crazy, you will get dizziness, could effect your mental health, it fills up your mind with negative thoughts, it could be in Someone for more than 1 year, if it’s bad enough you might start to need a therapist. And it could be seen in a kid under 10. I am only 9 and I have anxiety so severe I need a therapist

@@gauravbhatt5541 Yeah Ik how that feels now thanks to my therapist I am more ok but still suffering at school luckily I can think straight but sometimes I try warning the teachers that I am starting to get a panic attack but sometimes they either want me to suffer or they don’t think it’s a warning sign I still have your feeling of dying because of stroke or heart attack (I am now 10 btw)

As someone who’s diagnosed with anxiety, yes it’s true that everyone has anxiety but there are individuals (like me) who have very high anxiety we usually get anxiety attacks over small things like not understanding match or making a mistake

Anxiety is something everyone has but people with the anxiety disorder has it more than what is normal and it interferes with your life. I have anxiety and i aswell as others can and have said: being nervous/anxious is NOT the same as having an anxiety disorder at all

That's being nervous anxiety is a mental disorder that is really serious It can really affect people and make them feel worried or overwhelmed yes people do feel that but anxiety is bigger it's something that lasts for a long period of time whereas being nervous which everyone is sometimes is normal but anxiety is a really serious disorder not everyone has it but everyone do have a time where they feel nervous *not anxiety

Imma expalin to you when one is stressed what makes it better are the "cooling agents" which are basically stress responses from the brain which are positive affirmations THAT is the good thing that helps you perform better but when you have anxiety these "cooling agents" don't work well so your basically stressing about your stress and overwhelming yourself. @@awkwardgoat3 learning it in a book and then suffering the disorder itself are two completely different understandings. I would take a therapist who has overcome or dealt personally with an anxiety disorder than someone who just got “educated “ In it . I also have two masters in nutrition and psychology , and ill say as someone who recovered from agoraphobia, anxiety disorder , daily panic attacks , OCD and depersonalization. Books didn’t do justice compared to the lived experience

@@awkwardgoat3 this isn’t a personal attack on you it’s just being nervous before an event isn’t anxiety . Anxiety you feel it all day and everyday you wake up with it go to be with you you are constantly on , you feel unreal and exhausted all the time . Anxiety without a circumstance is disordered anxiety . Sure it’s normal to feel fear before presenting something or going to a meeting or a job interview but this is not anxiety that is just nerves and fear ; anxiety on the other hand is much much deeper and more debilitating

Mam you have clients im going through it so you would also agree that i know what anxiety is more than you . Mam i seen your video and yes anxiety make my life hard everyday and if you have studied psychology then i dont need to explain my problems people compare nervousness to anxiety every person is nervous before anything new big or first time but anxiety is totally different i also have anxiety while even talking to my family members about anything i gave up that i will become normal and can go out with friends like others im 21 and I spend every day in my home not because im lazy seeing all my age group having fun going out hanging out with each other i was the one left behind i really think 500 times before saying something even to my friends. I start getting tremble when my phone rings because my anxiety doesn't allow me to act normally before going out my stomach grumble so much and i cancel all of my plans my family members says about me ( Ye sharmila hai kahi nhi jata ) eating all those tiffin in school alone while watching others eating in a group playing with friends doesn't make me happy and worst were the panic attacks i can go on and on and share my life but im changing and what is changing me is gym its been 4 months in the gym i feel a little less anxious now hope one day i will be all normal thankyou if you read it❤️

I am literally a Psychologist and have completed 7 years of education in Psychology and have seen countless clients who have anxiety. Request you to google the meaning of anxiety and anxiety disorder before questioning my post. Thanks.

You know, this is kindof the reason I have untreated anxiety for years and now have to deal with the snowball it turned into. Inform your kids that it’s not normal to be tired all the time, it’s not normal to hyperventilate, its not normal to have muscle pains all the time from being tense, it’s not normal to pace around or feel like you’re about to jump off of your skin at least x amount of time every single day, it’s not normal to start having intrusive thoughts if you don’t follow certain rules your anxiety set out for you that day, it’s not normal to have writing this give you anxiety and probably have to delete it later for it when you just want to help people. Be safe out there and listen to the signs, for as many as they become anxiety has a way to be sneaky and lie to you because you can get to a point the symptoms are so bad and different from “leg shaking or rapid breath” that you just focusing on the symptom and forget what anxiety is. For the love of god you deserve to be CALM. You deserve it. And one day you’ll be able to. Take care of yourselves out there🤍 Edit: i know you said it’s a disorder when it gets in the way of daily life but since in the beginning you already feel like it does but people chuck it off like it’s just normal, it just snowballs and you can forget the impact it’s having because of what I said bfr. It’s a real issue that it’s so normalized to call anxiety to normal nervousness. Even when I though was more normal looking back I already had quite severe symptoms, when those who saw on the outside just thought I paced a bit before an exam. If someone has gotten to the point to look up anxiety symptoms it’s probably a good idea to get it checked out.
