Legume, garlic and onion 😢 So lactose intolerance is not a disease of it's own but one of the causes of irritable bowel syndrome ?

You can think of it as a subset of IBS. But some people have only lactose intolerance.

@@MajdMD I reversed my fatty liver by eating fat and minimising carb / processed food .My hdl increased my Triglycerides reduced and the standard Liver blood tests corrected themselves. I stopped snoring - symptom not cause. Increased Fructose and carbs root cause.

@@rubiccube8953 this is exactly what i tell my patients to do - to lower carb intake,, weight loss, and if no other contraindications, intermittent fasting even for some. Exactly what you’ve stated, no different that what my videos state!
