What's the laws about public school shots that feature kids? my family is starting a vlog and we shoot scenes at school events, birthday parties, etc. what is also the law about filming in indoor public businesses such as arcades? im in Fenwick Island, Delaware. we are getting our vlog off the ground, but having to go in frame by frame and blur out multiple faces one by one is really setting us back with releasing content. thanks in advance!

Mr. Chase, question... What is the rule for filming an indoor scene with someone's artwork in the background? Do I need the artist's permission to film a subject in front of it? Another question... would I need permission from Louis Vuitton company to film an actor in a scene wearing their clothing? Thank you some much.

There are many different aspects that could change the answer. What he says goes for most average videos, but there are stipulations to everything.

Its not correct! In Washington state I published a picture that I've gotten in a public area in a local magazine and cause of a complaint about someone's privacy I went to the court and judge said I didb't have tge right of that so I paid a big fine! Why do you give the people wrong information! You're not a lawyer because you don't have ecen a disclaimer and practice of law is prohibitted for you!
