Ley say, you're driving home with 3 friends a drunk driver hits your vehicle, injures everyone and run away from the accident. If you have uninsured/underinsured of $20,000/$40,000. Your medical bills are $35,000, while the insure company divide the $40,000 amongst 4 people or do your medical bill have priority. Do the passengers have access to your uninsured/underinsured BI. Can the parents of the passengers sue your insurance company when its the other driver is liable?

@@martinyates8192 It will be applied to each person as they have medical expenses. No priority is given to the owner of the policy. Some states this lawsuit can happen.
