Hey Kiara , I just wanted to say that I don’t think people don’t watch your gym /fitness vlogs because they don’t want to see you do good. Personally, I just don’t watch fitness vlogs because I feel like they are so repetitive and my attention span isn’t too great with them 😭 even when I was on my own weight-loss journey I kid you not I could only watch workout videos for a second and till this day have never watched through a whole one ( I would honestly just make up my own workouts cause I just didn’t want to watch fitness videos ) . Knowing my personal experience with this I just wanted to share that with you cause that might be the case for others . Anywho girly, so proud of you for not only starting this healthy habit journey but being consistent. I know your going to prove the haters wrong and kick ass!!! Kiara, I am so proud of you and every single way this was like the realist Vlog ever and I feel you on how you feel about Desmond as he should be doing more if you really wanted to be with you and I'm so happy for you that you are raising your standards and finally learning to love and respect yourself I love that. You are working out and working on yourself physically mentally emotionally and spiritually. I really pray nothing but the best for you also great way to use old bananas. You mash it in a glass bowl you add some oatmeal add like a spoonful of protein and some almond milkand Chia seeds and a little bit of chocolate chips mix it around and bake it and it's like golden and it's so delicious. You can also sprinkle some peanut butter on top for protein and it's so good.
