I would say coming after 12th is bad idea come after bachelors you will get some points at least in express entry for qualifications. After 12th no sufficient points for Indian high school education plus lots of class 12 pass who come have to find LMIA or go through PNP. Come after bachelors when you have qualifications to get points and maturity to handle the riggers of a rental crisis in Canada. This is my suggestion.
