I need some storage cabinets/lockers and have been considering New Age. I am concerned that some reviews mention New Age only gave the buyer money instead of replacing a damaged piece. Money isn't going to make a door operate better. The current Black Friday has some weird pricing where it is cheaper to buy a 6 piece set, a worktop, and a tool drawer than the set that includes all of that.

Writing to you from Langley, BC. We purchased a garage full of Garage Living lockers and cabinets 2 weeks ago for an install in June. I was having second thoughts about spending $26K, however your video has put my mind at ease. So far, our purchase experience is very much like yours, with great customer service. Like the fact that you folks are from Ottawa and speak so highly of this Canadian company. I’m originally from Bryson PQ with siblings still in Renfrew and Ottawa. Thanks again for a great video.

If you don't mind me asking, what was the price difference between the two manufacturers? Also, did the Garage Living line include installation in the cost difference? I am currently evaluating New Age or Moduline, with Moduline being a big step up in quality and cost. based on your video, the fact that there is local franchise nearby, I may opt for garage living.

The price difference is hard to compare because of the difference in what I ordered but new age was 5000 and garage living was 11000 but with installation. The quality difference and the fact they're north American made is worth it. If you have an issue or need to make additions you can actually contact them. Worth the piece of mind. New age has its audience but not worth the inevitable hassle. If you speak to Ryan at Garage Living Ottawa and say you saw the Mainville ATV video he will help you out. Worth the phone call at least! I'm aware. My issue is your company wouldn't hear me every time I tried when I was having issues, far too late now. This was truly as nice and fair as I could be about my experience. Want to make improvements? Do them going forward. Garage Living did everything and more with professionalism at every step. Good luck.

Looking at the shelving in the video, it seems almost exact to the NewAge pro line except maybe the lack of locks. It's like buying wire shelving. I've bought the store brand from Costco, Amazon, Wayfair and it's the same exact Chinese-made product with different packaging and\or branding.

@BryanPeretto I can promise you there's a significant difference between the two products you mentioned. At the end of the day both companies products will hold stuff but the user experience and quality are vastly different.
