Unless you’re over 30, I wouldn’t be surprised if you didn’t know who he is. Honestly, even I’m surprised these young Koreans even know who he is. He’s basically a one hit wonder with “ I believe I can fly” from the 90s! Probably more infamous for his sex scandals with minors and most notably marrying Aaliyah when she was 15!

Remember 'Ignition' 'happy people' or 'fiesta' etc.(Really depends on whether you like old RNB songs) BUT he shouldnt have had the opportunity to have such an impact on the industry like that, considering these allegations were there for YEARS. @@ittybittymouthful

In cases like this I wish the U.S. was just as efficient as Korea is when dealing with celebrities who have done horrible things. R. Kelly sould have been in jail already as he so rightly deserves. It upsetting that it took them so long to deal with him after so many allegations. The fact that he's not in jail yet and people are still defending him and listening to his music is disheartening.

Ummm... Korean adults don't care about kpop idols. They have to work 10-12 hours a day and try to still have a life. It's the teenagers that are obsessed with them. I mean.... they go to schools, private English academies, sports/music lessons, and cram school ALL DAY, from sun up to sun down. Kpop idols are their stress relievers and the one happiness they can focus on outside of studying, lol. Teens buy the albums and concert tickets, and letting them have that 'hope' sells tickets and makes them money. If u want to be an idol u have to make sacrifices. It's only fair.
