I always thought Lata ji has sung this song until I checked 31st Film fare (1984) award list today. It was Aarti Mukherjee, great voice. I also notice Shabana Azmi had 4 out 5 nomination in best actress category. Sridevi was 5th for Sadma performance. What a year for SA.

I lost my beloved grandfather in 21st December 2022. Right now it's 3am and I'm trying my best to cry to clean out the pain but it's always ending up in smile.
