A few quick questions answered: 1. If I own a duplicated item will I be banned? No, but your item will be deleted, only jammers that's duplicate items will be banned. 2. How do you tell if an item is a dupe? You can't, that's why all jammers have been wanted not to accept huge overtrades or trade for any rare items until duplication is patched. 3. Will the rarity system go back to normal when the items are deleted? Possibly, but it will take time as many jammers have trade there *not duped* items away because they have gone down in rarity, and it could be harder to find someone with a proper hd now 4. Will I be banned if I gift a duped item to someone? No, because you didn't duplicate it and there's no way of telling if it's duped or not 5. Will animal jam give us back what we traded for duped item when they delete our duped items? Probably not, as they can't just trace back everyone's trade. I hope this helped anyone out :)

Yeah exactly, I got a a lp last night (but it got scammed 20 mins later cri ) for 4 betas , black short set and a couple other shorts. They were my only god items and then my HD was scammed. The duping isnt fully patched yet but aj is working on it because an anonymous jammer showed them it and theyve been working on it the dupers and their alts have been banned and if there are duped items in the game its gonna be lps which have been duped the most bringing the rarity down to about 10 black longs max.But hoods etc werent duped as much and since they were theres only around 25 duped ones in the game.

People know that duped items get deleted, so they try to make the best out of it by trading what they think is duped for real items for somebody. Duping is serious business and if people are being scammed with dupes, then that is kinda AJHQ's fault for not having a better security on the items. People need to know so they don't get scammed out of their hard earned items. Only the duped. AJHQ know the codes of items well, a duped item has a corrupted or different code, so only AJHQ can tell the difference.

I was super close on getting a dupe. In Coral Canyons, i was trading and someone said "trade me anything! Trying to get rid of all of it!" And it had a bunch of purple chests (the beta ones) and i traded bad... when they were thinking i realized it was all DUPED! I declined as fast as i can in relief.

Note: you wont get banned if you own a duped item, ajhq just wants you to recycle it if possible. If else they will delete it from ur aj account.

Well no, Rare Item Monday Rares are VERY easy to get, daily spins, pretty much every single Forgotten Dessert rewards are Rare Item Mondays, they are so easy to obtain and people get them every day so they are still kind of trash

Ik this was made a year ago, but hear me out. 1. Some items are still (kinda) duped today. Mostly everyone has a HD. I'd say don't trade for them. 2. Spikes are seen alot. Don't trade for them. A few questions you may have: 1. If I get traded a duped item, will I get banned? Oh you silly jammer, ofc (of course) not! If you were the one who did the duping well say bye to your account. 2. If I see someone duping what should I do? Report them to AJHQ, tell everyone in your area to be aware, and make sure everyone is safe. Like a good little jammer. 3. What if- Have a good day.

Very complicated. I had a buddy who knew how to do this (no need to mention username, fortunately they are banned). It has to do with finding files or something like that of items.
