****UPDATE****** Branch Reached out to me about my Ergonomic Chair Pro review and said that my model was likely an early production model since I bought the chair right when it came out and that this first wave of chairs had a QC issue with the seat. They said that the seat's firmness should be the exact same spec as the original Branch Ergonomich Chair and offered to send me a replacement. Any news on when to expect an update video?

@@bigiron6734 I did recieve the replacement unit and have been testing it. From what I can tell, there's not much of a difference in my opinion. Maybe a little bit more firm, but it's really not that noticeable. It still feels pretty soft and bottoms out quickly. This might just be an issue with shape of the seat pad where it's thinner in the back.

Thank you for your review! It has exactly the upgrades I was looking for (better lumbar and tilt tension knob position, as well as the tilt forward mechanism). However, the softer seat is a total deal breaker as I sit for more than 8 hours a day on it. I thought I had found the near perfect chair for my needs. This sucks. Will probably just go ahead with the base version.

Haworth Breck or Branch Ergonomic chair?

I think this depends on your size. The seat pan for the Haworth Breck is pretty shallow so if you're on the taller end then the Branch is better since it's a deeper seat.
