Wow! How much winning! I just got mine and this figure is totally different of what you are telling here. -The figure looks and feels fine in hand. -Mine doesn't have the defect in the butt cheek/leg. -The faces are amazing! They look original, and work very well (except one, more about that below). -The soft / rubber shirt is exactly like that of the S.H. Figuarts Gohan Beast! (Minus the battle damaged). -The body is perfectly functional and it is a great addition to the collection. -The Kamehameha effect is perfectly serviceable and looks great posed with the figure. -The right shoulder issue with the shirt is not as bad is you make it look. It took me a minute to pose it well and now it is not noticeable. Now, the negatives: - The right leg is indeed slightly loose, but nothing terrible (S.H. Figuarts Trunks was way worse!) -Only one of the Super Saiyan faces is slightly loose, but nothing to cry about either). It won't fail just by manipulating the figure, but it might if you move the neck around. So, no. This is not a terrible figure in any way or fashion. You can tell it is not original, sure, but this doesn't feel like a cheap bootleg either.

Mine just arrived in the mail today. Figure is shht quality, but I bought it for the accessories and I am not disappointed. The Gammas and Pan are some of the lamest SHF out there. Glad I don't need to break my bank and still get all Gohan's stuff.
